Tall hardy herbaceous perrenial - ideas please?

I'm looking for ideas - my neighbour has just built a summerhouse where it backs onto my garden and I'd like to do a bit of camouflage with tall perennials - so far I have moved some Rudbeckia grandiflora 'Sundance' that I already had which sort of fits in with the colour of his summerhouse but I'd like ideas for other things I could plant to make this area look a bit better. Perennial sweet peas and honesuckle grow along the fence but I'm looking for something that will stand up rather than just clothe the fence so at least 6ft tall. It's north facing and though sheltered there we can get down to -17and lots of snow in winter so plants would need to be pretty hardy. In spring / summer it gets some sun in the early morning and later in the year it gets late evening sun.Image may be NSFW.
